Article 3 (Rights, obligations and exercise method of information subjects and legal representatives) ① The information subjects shall exercise the rights such as reading, correcting, deleting and suspending the personal information at anytime with Uniquegood Company.
② The exercise of the right under the Clause 1 shall be made through writing, e-mail or facsimile telegraphy (FAX) in accordance with Article 42-1 of Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Uniquegood Company shall take a measure for this without any delay.
③ The exercise of the right under the Clause 1 shall be made through legal representative of the information subject or those who has been delegated. In this case, letter of attorney in accordance with No. 11 attachment of enforcement regulation of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ In case of request for reading and suspending personal information, the right of the information subjects shall be restricted in accordance with Article 35-5 and Article 37-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ In case of request for correcting and deleting personal information, the request for deleting shall not be made if the personal information is specified as a target of collection by the other laws.
⑥Uniquegood Company shall check whether the person who requests reading, correcting, deleting and suspending according to the right of the information subjects is the person or legitimate representative.
